Infrastructure that stays up while you ship.
We run, secure and modernise the systems behind mid-sized businesses: cloud estates, networks, endpoints and the on-call rota that keeps them healthy.
Engineers on call now. Typical reply: under 2 hours.
Six disciplines, one accountable team.
Most outages and breaches happen in the gaps between vendors. We cover the whole estate so no one has to guess whose job it is.
Cloud migration and cost control
Move workloads in waves, with spending guardrails from day one.
- Landing zone design
- Wave-by-wave cutover plans
- Monthly cost reviews
Security operations
Detection, response and the evidence auditors ask for.
- 24/7 monitoring and triage
- Tested incident runbooks
- ISO 27001 and SOC 2 evidence
Managed infrastructure
Servers, networks and endpoints run to a measured SLA.
- Patch cycles with rollback
- Capacity forecasts
- Hardware lifecycle plans
Application modernisation
Retire the legacy stack in slices, not in one risky rewrite.
- Incremental migration roadmap
- Containerised workloads
- API facades for old systems
Backup and recovery
Recovery you have actually rehearsed, not just documented.
- Scheduled restore drills
- Immutable backup copies
- Agreed recovery time targets
IT strategy and advisory
A three-year roadmap your finance team can approve.
- Technology and risk audit
- Vendor consolidation
- Budget and headcount model
A senior team that has carried the pager.
Every engineer on your account has run production for years. You get people who have seen the failure before, not a rotating queue of tickets.
Response measured in minutes
Critical alerts reach a named engineer within five minutes, every hour of every day.
Security built into operations
Patching, identity and monitoring are run by the same team, so nothing falls between vendors.
Documentation you keep
Runbooks, diagrams and access lists live in your own wiki from the first week.
See what our engineers see.
Every client gets a live view of the same dashboard our on-call team uses. No monthly PDF, no waiting for a status call.
Shared live dashboard
Availability, patch status and open incidents in one place, visible to your whole team.
Automatic failover and repair
Known failures are fixed by tested runbooks before anyone has to be woken.
Runbooks, not heroics.
Reliable operations come from boring habits repeated every week. These four rules apply to every client from the first day.
Every change has a rollback
Nothing reaches production without a written way back. If we cannot describe the rollback, the change waits.
An alert must be actionable
We delete noisy alerts instead of tolerating them. Each remaining alert links to a runbook and an owner.
Documentation ships with the work
Diagrams, access lists and recovery steps are delivered in your own wiki, so you are never locked in to us.
Reviews are written, quarterly
Uptime, incidents, spend and risks go in a short report your leadership can read in ten minutes.
From first call to steady state in five stages.
Each stage ends with a document you keep, whether or not you continue with us.

Questions we hear in the first call.
Something missing? Write to us and an engineer will answer.
Can you take over an environment another provider built?
Yes. Most engagements start that way. We spend the first three weeks mapping what exists, documenting it and fixing the riskiest gaps before we change anything else.
How is the managed service priced?
A flat monthly fee based on the number of users, servers and sites we cover. Project work such as migrations is quoted separately as a fixed fee, so there are no open-ended hourly bills.
Who responds when something breaks at night?
A named on-call engineer, not a call centre. Critical alerts reach them within minutes, and you receive a written incident summary within one business day.
Do you work with our existing internal IT team?
That is the usual setup. We can cover after-hours, security, or a single platform, and hand back documentation so your team stays in control.
How long does a cloud migration take?
Typically eight to twenty weeks depending on the number of applications. We migrate in waves, and each wave has its own rollback plan and sign-off.
Where is our data stored during a project?
In your own accounts and regions. We work through audited access and do not copy production data to our systems.
Talk to an engineer, not a sales team.
Tell us what runs your business and what keeps you up at night. You will get a written plan within three working days, free of charge.
Replies come from a named engineer. We never share your details.
